Buttermilk Pancake

Masih rekapan dapur #recipega hari kemarin (3/6/2015) – #NationalPancakeDay effect: hunting and practicing #buttermilkpancake recipe! 😀 Oh never expected it’s better and yummier than my fave #pancake recipe during this time. Ingredients for 6 servings: 1-1/2 cup all purpose flour, 1 tbs white sugar, 3/4 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp baking powder (DRY), 1 large egg, 1- 1/2 cup #buttermilk, 1/4 cup milk, 3 tbs butter (WET). Combine separately all dry and wet ingredients, mix both group of ingredients as you’re ready to pour it into heated pan. Add with your fave toppings. Topping favorit di rumah kami tetep Indonesian style dooong.. pisang, keju parut, susu kental manis dan meses.

Bakso Isi Telur

Oke mari kita merekap isi dapur #recipega selama dua hari ini.. Yesterday I managed to make #meatball (the whole dish / menu is called “Bakso” in Indonesia) with #egg inside. It wasn’t as that challenging, just boil the egg first 😀 #firsttime ngisi #pentol bakso dengan telur yang kebetulan adanya ukuran large jadinya segede bola tenis :)) terus yang isi keju itu request kangmas.. susah euy sebagian melting keluar. Gonna try again later! #baksotelur #baksokeju #homemadebaksoPosted by @egadioniputri via Instagram

Indomie Egg Mix

There are many ways to cook #Indomie (the phenomenal #instantnoodle from #Indonesia) suggested out there, but this one has been my favorite since my childhood time: Fried Egg with Indomie! Boil the noodle and mix with the seasonings (I used only half of pack to resuce sodium intake), add into beaten egg, and fry. Combine with #tofu #sausage or #meatball as desired. Top with salad or other veggies. Yummy! My family simply calls it as #pizzamie 😁 #recipegaPosted by @egadioniputri via Instagram

Shrimp and Vegetable Tempura

Shrimp and unusual veggies #tempura for dinner this night. First time dipping #broccoli, #greenpepper, #eggplant, and #asparagus in tempura batter. All tasted goood, esp. asparagus and broccoli..never thought to #deepfry them before 😀 I still used the same #recipe as I’ve practiced since four years ago: 100 g flour, 100 ml cold water, and 1/2 egg, sometimes by adding #saltpepper but basically no seasoning is needed. #recipega #天ぷらPosted by @egadioniputri via Instagram
