#recipega first #homemadeicecream : Durian Ice Cream (2/28) – Recipe for this #durianicecream: 1 pint half and half or heavy cream (about 2,5 cup), 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk, flesh from 4 pcs durian >> blend durian with half of condensed milk, set aside >> blend half and half with remaining condensed milk for 5 minutes >> add durian >> blend 5 minutes >> freeze for 6-8 hours before serving. Nggak kesampaian makan durian pas mudik kemarin, alhamdulillaaaah beberapa hari kemudian lihat #durianmontong lagi “sale” di toko asia, rezeki deh.. terus kepikiran bikin #eskrim. Homemade Nan Bread

Bikin #nan ternyata gampil bingit, pemirsahhh.. Surprised!

This is my first attempt of making nan and I was confident enough to take the pic since we’re satisfied. Haha.

How to make:

  1. mix 2 cups all purpose flour + 1 tsp salt (flour mixture)
  2. stir 1.5 tsp dry yeast + 1 tsp sugar + 1 cup warm water until frothing (yeast mixture)
  3. add 5 Tbs plain yogurt to yeast mixture, add into flour mixture, add 2 Tbs melted butter, combine them all
  4. raise for 60-90 min
  5. divide into 6 pcs dough
  6. shape like water drops
  7. cook in the fry/griller pan without oil

#ea5512 Test the water.. to make sure that his #snowapparels are water resistant. Yeah, his one-piece puffy jacket simply doesn’t work anymore for crawling, standing, or walking in the #snow. Agak telat! Tapi alhamdulillah masih dikasih hari-hari bersalju. Ini pertama kalinya ngajak #musaromas main #salju, sebelumnya cuma foto-foto, daaan.. Langsung nyungsep 😀 Semoga ga kapok.. Kayanya sih enggak ngelihat responnya berdehem-dehem senang pas diajak balik rumah. Nanti main lagi sama papa @aisar_lr #babyandsnow #snowinmichigan #snowinfarmington #mybackyard
