Ice Cream Durian
#recipega first #homemadeicecream : Durian Ice Cream (2/28) – Recipe for this #durianicecream: 1 pint half and half or heavy cream (about 2,5 cup), 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk, flesh from 4 pcs durian >> blend durian with half of condensed milk, set aside >> blend half and half with remaining condensed milk for 5 minutes >> add durian >> blend 5 minutes >> freeze for 6-8 hours before serving. Nggak kesampaian makan durian pas mudik kemarin, alhamdulillaaaah beberapa hari kemudian lihat #durianmontong lagi “sale” di toko asia, rezeki deh.. terus kepikiran bikin #eskrim. Homemade Nan Bread
Bikin #nan ternyata gampil bingit, pemirsahhh.. Surprised!
This is my first attempt of making nan and I was confident enough to take the pic since we’re satisfied. Haha.
How to make:
- mix 2 cups all purpose flour + 1 tsp salt (flour mixture)
- stir 1.5 tsp dry yeast + 1 tsp sugar + 1 cup warm water until frothing (yeast mixture)
- add 5 Tbs plain yogurt to yeast mixture, add into flour mixture, add 2 Tbs melted butter, combine them all
- raise for 60-90 min
- divide into 6 pcs dough
- shape like water drops
- cook in the fry/griller pan without oil

First Week #Bento in 2016
Good morning! The first #recipega’s lunch boxes for 2016 🙂 Making #bento or #lunchbox every day is still challenging and not easy to be “istiqamah” (consistent), so I love taking pics of it as my inspiration and motivation in the other days 😀 My rule / excuse is cooking different menu for breakfast and #lunch, then think later for the dinner..
