#recipega first #homemadeicecream : Durian Ice Cream (2/28) – Recipe for this #durianicecream: 1 pint half and half or heavy cream (about 2,5 cup), 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk, flesh from 4 pcs durian >> blend durian with half of condensed milk, set aside >> blend half and half with remaining condensed milk for 5 minutes >> add durian >> blend 5 minutes >> freeze for 6-8 hours before serving. Nggak kesampaian makan durian pas mudik kemarin, alhamdulillaaaah beberapa hari kemudian lihat #durianmontong lagi “sale” di toko asia, rezeki deh.. terus kepikiran bikin #eskrim.
