Garlic Parmesan Drumsticks


OMG this is soooo good! #recipega made it for dinner yesterday and my husband asked, “What’s this?” | “Why? Yummy?” | “Uhummm..” *Speechless 😂😂 I didn’t have chicken wings so I threw drumstick instead and added fresh #basile in basting. Menu can be seen below. ea5512 — Beberapa trik untuk menyiapkan #bekalkantor kilat adalah sbb: – selalu sedia stok lauk matang di freezer – potongin sayuran minimal seminggu sekali (sayuran siap pakai, udah dicuci + disiangi + diirisi + dibagi) – potongin buah lebih kalo lagi makan buah – bikin salad dan kuasai cara bikin dressing untuk salad (kalo mau bikin sendiri) atau beli jadi aja juga enak-enak >> saya ga suka karena ga bisa atur kadar keasinan / kemanisan. Baked Potato Wedges


Yey! #recipega first welldone #potatowedges! #Broil on high heat is the key 🙂 I use my own creation of seasoning mixture to coat #potatocut from 4 large #redpotato: 1/2 Tbs of minced garlic + 1/2 Tbs parmesan cheese + 1 tsp paprika powder + 1 tsp italian seasoning (thyme, oregano, sage, rosemary, etc) + 1/4 tsp black pepper + 3 Tbs vegetable oil. Steps: (1) Bring water to boil, amount depends on how much your potatoes. (2) Wash and cut potatoes, divide into half lengthwise, then repeat twice, so each potato yields 8 cuts (2) Mix all seasoning ingredients in a large bowl, preheat oven 350 F (180 C) (3) Add potato cuts into boiling water, reduce heat, cook for 5 minutes (4) Take potatoes out from water with strainer, spread on dry cloth / kitchen towl, pat till dry (5) Transfer dry potatoes to bowl of seasoning mixture, combine well (6) Arrange potato cuts in a baking pan, bake for 15-20 minutes (7) Change the oven state into broil mode on 500 F, bake for another 5 minutes (8) Let it cool and eat! Tasted like #cajunseasoning yet edible for baby (free salt / sugar and not spicy)! Alhamdulillah, akhirnya berhasil bikin #kentangpanggang yang mirip kaya di resto-resto.
