We eat seafood at least twice a week, but #recipega is not used to do experiment with #fish. The variety of fishes we buy fresh / frozen in USA is limited to salmon, flounder, tilapia, and cod. This is our #firsttime to give a try for #baramundi (Asian #seabass). Bought it frozen from #traderjoes, followed the recipe on its package (#lemonbutter), and got the taste similar to Indonesian #kakapbakar!
