Another #recipega’s work today: Vegan Chocolate Cake with Strawberries, even the whipped cream is plant-based (I used #クレミーホイップ). Background story:

• Bought three packs reduced-#strawberries (apa sih istilah Jepang-nya lupa, buah/sayur yang udah agak jelek dan dibanting harga itu) from Ozeki supermarket
• Craving for something sweet to pair with those ‘dumped’ yet still gorgeous stawberries
• Out of eggs stock and too lazy to run for groceries
• In the mission of cutting our dairy intake
• Needed to use up the expired cocoa powder
• Accidentally found somes #eggsfree cake recipes with all ingredients available in my kitchen, but this one from stepbystep.com was beyond my expectation (it’s #vegan instead of just #eggsfreecake 😅)
